Oren Arieli is the founder of Greenbay, an AI-powered orchestration platform that unifies energy, depot, and fleet decisions in real time. His career has been defined by a recurring challenge in public transport: planning and operations rarely align, and electrification compounds that problem.

Oren previously served as the lead of the Zero Emission platform at Optibus and optimised fleet algorithms at Via. He collaborates with UITP and APTA on scaling zero-emission fleets, focusing on closing the gap between strategic planning and operational execution.
